When you woke up this morning, did you feel like the whole country was taking a big breath of fresh air? I did. Knowing that Senator Obama is now President Elect Obama is kind of weird, but okay at the same time. Although he was not penciled in on my ballot (neither McCain), I welcome it. I was talking it over with some of my friends too, and our general consensus was that, “Okay, awesome. Now deliver.” I think it will be an interesting transition, and I can’t wait to see how the first 100 days go (although I’ll be out of the country).

Can you believe that this is now our president? Looks so gangsta in this photo. I like.

Oh, and I thought this was kind of funny.

I’m glad to be a part of history. However, let me tell you of a fail today. I was promised free Chick-Fil-A with my proof of voting. I was denied with a smile because of a Federal statute that prohibits rewards for voting. Blast.

Also, have you heard of Current TV? They do some pretty cool low-key stories that CNN usually would not cover. They’re hosting an online election night party.
